Judy Carrier
Co-owner and Accountant
Prior to working with AX, Judy led Creative Management & Accounting for over 20 years. Judy offers over three decades of accounting experience, with an additional 10 years experience in project management and job cost accounting for a design/build firm. She also broadened her business skills while owning a Bozeman retail gift shop.

When not working at AX, Judy spends her personal time boating, camping, hiking, and downhill skiing with family and friends. She also loves reading and cooking.

Betsy Birdsley
Co-owner and Accountant
​
Betsy co-founded Accounting Experts with Judy in 2016. The two established a unique synergy while working together at Creative Management and Accounting from 2001 to 2016, inspiring the creation of AX. Betsy brings 21 years of accounting experience to the table.
​
Outside of the office, Betsy enjoys backpacking, hiking, and camping. She loves spending free time in the company of family and friends. Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail is at the top of her bucket list.
